Hello. So we had another good therapy day. In OT Jayci worked on arm exercises and we can definitely see the improvements she is making. She is getting stronger and her determination is paying off. She also had the wax treatment on her hands again and then she went on the bike with her legs. She pedalled almost 5 miles today and her legs held out the whole time. Tomorrow she has tilt table and then the pool.
Karen, Jayci's PT from RUH stopped in to see her today while she was on the bike. She had a meeting here at City and took the opportunity to check up and see how Jayci was doing. Jayci was happy to see her again.
We watched American Idol again tonight. Think it is going to be a good season. "Pants on the Ground" Too funny!!!!
Our friend Murray is being discharged on Friday. He has pool time with Jayci and he is always encouraging her. Good for him but we will miss seeing him around the halls, and in the pool. Greg is still trying to buy Jayci's personalized, signed retirement banner from Joe Sakic. Think the last offer was $6000 but Jayci isn't parting with it. Haha.
Well, better get the little angel ready for bed. Take care!
