1 DAY TIL HALOBRATION!!!
Is it really only 1 more day??? It has been such a long time but yet I can't believe in one more sleep, the metal could be gone. We are all looking so foward to it coming off but no one more than Jayci, that is for sure.
Nothing too exciting happened yesterday. Therapy went well. Balancing is getting better and arms are getting stronger. Plans are in place and things are being set up for our much needed trip home. Two more sleeps and we could be in the comfort of our own home!!!
Here is a lesson for all; When you are parking in a parking lot, make sure you stay within your lines. I've never heard of this rule before but I did witness it yesterday. If you are outside of your lines(taking up two spots) apparently it is someone else's right to key your vehicle.??? I was outside on the phone when I witnessed a man (30-40 yrs??) walk up to a truck that was over the yellow line, and he ran his key all along the driver's side of the truck. Then he looks over at me, and continues on his way. WHAT!?!?! Of course it took me a minute to realize what was going on but I still can't believe it. I sure hope it made him feel better!!!!!
Shawn left for home last night to get some things ready for the weekend but he will be back sometime later today. Well, I better run now. I need to get sleepy head up, washed and stretched and ready for therapy at 11. Have a great day!!!

ReplyDeleteJust got back from dropping Shawn off an X-large double double and seeing the progress he is making on taking the deck apart to prepare for the lift. Looks good to see an electric drill in his hand instead of the stethoscope.
Was very excited to hear you took the big plunge Starla and finally drove in Saskatoon. I'm so proud of you! Ha ha!
Jayci I can hardly wait to see you with the halo off - guess we'll be back down to one halohead.
