WE WISH YOU A MERRY CHRISTMAS........
Our trip home was pretty much uneventful (thank goodness), however it was rather chilly in the Shaggin Wagon. The kids were all warm and snug with blankets but Shawn and I were not. After we got home, Cass told us there were extra blankets but she didn't know we were cold. Guess she didn't notice...WE WERE BLUE!!!!
So the big day has arrived. We hustled and bustled these past couple days and I think we are just about ready. Shawn and the kids are still snoozing so I thought this would be a good time to post.
We would just like to say, we feel very blessed this Christmas. Although it will be a Christmas like no other, we truly have a lot to be thankful for, and believe me when I say, WE ARE THANKFUL! It is strange how life is and when you think your world has crashed in, you meet someone that doesn't have as much as you do. We have been blessed with a lot this Christmas. Jayci is able to be home with the ones that love her when there are people that have to spend their Christmas in hospital. We have been blessed with family and friends that we are able to spend the Christmas season with when there are people that no longer have their loved ones here with them. We have been blessed that we have good food, a warm house and gifts under the tree when there are people that just don't. May God Bless you and bring you Peace this Christmas season!!!
Well I better get crackin, have the house to tidy, a salad to make, oh ya, and Santa still has to fill the stockings. The Fam Damily will be here before I know it and then...Let the Chaos begin!!!!! May You and Yours have a Very Merry Christmas and give Thanks for what YOU have!
Love Shawn, Starla, Cass, Jace, Ty and Gizzy!!!!
