We are back in Saskatoon after another great weekend at home. Jayci even ventured out on Friday and came to the mall with us to pick up a few groceries and then Friday night she went and watched some of the Wildcats' hockey game. She seemed to enjoy getting out for awhile. The rest of the weekend was spent at home visiting with family and friends. We watched the Rider game yesterday and enjoyed good company and good food. Thanks so much to everyone that came to visit or drop off food for us. We so appreciate seeing everyone and the tremendous support we have received. Being at home for the 3 nights really refreshes Jayci, Cass, Ty, Shawn and I and that lets us get through the rest of the week that we are apart.
In therapy today Jayci went on what they call the Tilt Table. She is strapped to it and then gradually tilted up so she is in the standing position. This is benefitial for a number of reasons but also gives her the feeling of standing again. She did get dizzy after a bit but then they layed the table back down, she recovered (no fainting) and went again. She said it felt weird to be in that position again but she looked beautiful. She has another busy day tomorrow with therapies and school so hope she gets a good sleep tonight, probably won't have time for a nap! Take care!

They put me on the tilt table, stood me up, took me for a walk, AND that was when I passed out. KERSPLATT. Not fun, but I survived.
