Good news today! The ultrasound showed the right side of Jayci's diaphram is now functioning. They also took her off the ventilater and just supplied oxygen at the trach site and she was breathing on her own. YAHOO! Jayci was pretty nervous about it but did very well. They did that for 23 minutes and her numbers were SUPER!!! We are sooo excited!!! And she got to have ice chips today and we wish you could have all seen that!!! No word from Vancouver yet but we are meeting with the doctors hopefully tomorrow. This all VERY exciting! It just does my heart good when Jayci jumps those hurdles. Please keep her in your prayers!
